This is a zero obligation trial. It will give you 8 one on one sessions teaching you the ins and outs of a class setting, we will also get to know you personally and what your goals are. During the 8 sessions we will go over the fundamentals of functional fitness and get you comfy in the gym!
If after you really enjoy the personalized training sessions and aren't comfortable heading into classes we have plenty of options there as well.
Dropping in is for those that regularly attend CrossFit classes elsewhere and want to join us for the day. We love visitors at Blackout!
