Join our blackout fitness group crossfit classes to get motivated by our expert instructors and supportive community, and elevate your fitness with personal training and hyrox-focused workouts.

Are you a Morning Person?

Monday - Friday  

5:30a - Start your day with a session at Blackout Fitness for a powerful workout.  

6:30a - Join our CrossFit class to elevate your fitness regime.  

9:00a - Experience dynamic personal training or prepare for your next Hyrox challenge.

Afternooner?

Every Day at 12:00 p.m., join us for a session that combines elements of blackout fitness, crossfit, and hyrox training tailored for all fitness levels, along with personal training support.

Evening friend?

Monday - Thursday


4:30p - Join us for exhilarating blackout fitness sessions.


5:30p - Get your heart pumping with our CrossFit training.


6:30p - Experience our Hyrox classes for a full-body workout.


Friday: 4:30p only - Don't miss our personal training sessions designed to push your fitness limits.

Weekend goer?

Saturday: 7:00a - Join us at Blackout Fitness for an invigorating CrossFit session. 8:30a - Enhance your skills with our personal training in Hyrox fitness.
